Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive physical tasks.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy, specifically with Point of Sale (POS) systems and Excel.
