Responsibilities
- Drive store sales performance to consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Provide world-class customer service by actively engaging with clients and offering personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain impeccable store standards through regular housekeeping and organized stock management.
- Execute precise merchandising layouts in accordance with company brand guidelines.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Actively stay informed about product knowledge and company marketing campaigns to effectively promote our collections.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, security procedures, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail, luxury, or fashion industries is highly preferred.
- Possess a vibrant, professional, and service-oriented personality.
- Strong verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and basic English.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as per retail requirements.
- Demonstrated passion for lifestyle, fashion, and luxury goods.
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or retail management is a plus.
