Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing product information and guidance
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system and handle cash payments
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-presented store environment
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking products on shelves
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets
- Provide recommendations on hardware products based on customer needs
- Support with basic store administration tasks as required
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or sales preferred but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to handle cash transactions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Pleasant personality with good problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to learn about hardware products and industry knowledge
