Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base in the PIK region.
- Provide expert product consultations to potential clients, ensuring they understand the benefits and value of our offerings.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the company CRM system.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to foster long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute effective sales campaigns.
- Participate in ongoing product training to stay updated on industry trends and company developments.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMU), Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven track record in sales, retail, or client-facing roles is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong hunger for commissions and target achievement.
- Ability to work professionally in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
