Responsibilities
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely delivery coordination with the logistics team.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, pricing, and product availability.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases within the CRM system.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, quotations, and official correspondence for the sales team.
- Coordinate with production and warehouse departments to monitor inventory levels and lead times.
- Handle administrative tasks including filing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
- Assist in organizing sales meetings and preparing presentation materials for management.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field of study.
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data management and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proximity to Tuas or comfort with commuting to the West Region.
