Sales Coordinator (Distributor / West Region)

Our esteemed client, a well-established and leading distributor company in Singapore, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team operating from the West Region. Location: West Region, Singapore

Salary: Up to SGD $3,200 per month + Variable Bonus (VB)

In this role, you will be the key link between the sales team, customers, and internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processing of sales orders. You will manage the end-to-end order lifecycle, from initial quotation to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness at every stage. You will work closely with the logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and process sales orders accurately from creation to fulfillment, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare sales quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and other necessary documentation.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing professional and prompt responses via phone and email.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to schedule deliveries and ensure timely shipments.
  • Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing reports, presentations, and sales forecasts for management review.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock availability.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the sales administration workflow.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Navision is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to converse in Mandarin is a plus to liaise with Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
  • A proactive team player who can also work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
