Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct lead generation, and acquire new client accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through exceptional service, consistent follow-up, and effective communication.
- Develop, plan, and execute effective marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, events) to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes, providing actionable insights for strategy development.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective and existing clients.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development and operations, to ensure seamless campaign execution and optimize client satisfaction.
- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, generating regular reports on progress, ROI, and suggesting continuous improvements.
- Participate in industry events, workshops, and networking sessions to promote DSIC's services and expand professional contacts.
Qualifications
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply! (Any relevant internship experience in sales or marketing is a valuable bonus but not mandatory).
- Demonstrated strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
