Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process sales orders accurately to ensure timely delivery of medical equipment.
  • Maintain and update customer databases, tracking inquiries and managing account documentation.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparation of quotations, invoices, and sales reports.
  • Liaise with logistics and warehouse departments to monitor stock levels and shipment statuses.
  • Assist in the preparation of tender documentation and product proposals for healthcare clients.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and email, resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize operational workflows and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or operations roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
