Responsibilities

  • Review and process incoming sales orders from various channels (email, phone, online portal) with high accuracy.
  • Verify customer information, pricing, discounts, and payment terms before order entry.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to resolve order discrepancies, missing data, or special requests.
  • Update inventory management systems to reflect real-time stock levels and flag low-stock items.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, packing slips, and shipping documentation.
  • Communicate order status and delivery timelines to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of all transactions and correspondence.
  • Assist in month-end reconciliation and reporting of sales order data.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in order processing, data entry, or a similar administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP or inventory management software.
