Talenta Guna Nusantara is seeking a dynamic Sales Project Specialist to drive growth in the building materials sector across Jakarta Selatan and surrounding regions. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, cultivating strong relationships with contractors, developers, and architects, and identifying new project opportunities that align with our product portfolio. You will act as the primary technical liaison, presenting product specifications, conducting site visits, and preparing customized proposals that meet client requirements and budget constraints. Collaboration with internal teamsâincluding marketing, logistics, and technical supportâis essential to ensure seamless project delivery and afterâsales service. The ideal candidate is resultsâoriented, possesses excellent communication and negotiation skills, and thrives in a fastâpaced construction environment. By achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, you will contribute directly to the companyâs market expansion and revenue goals while building a trusted brand reputation in the industry. Additionally, you will monitor market trends, prepare performance reports, and mentor junior sales staff to elevate overall team effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new project opportunities within the construction and infrastructure sectors.
- Build and maintain longâterm relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, developers, and architects.
- Conduct product presentations, site visits, and technical consultations to propose tailored solutions.
- Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts in coordination with legal and finance teams.
- Collaborate with logistics and technical teams to ensure timely project execution and afterâsales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product positioning.
- Maintain accurate sales records and forecast data in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2â3 years of experience in technical sales or project sales within building materials or construction.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, building materials, and project lifecycle.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a crossâfunctional team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Jakarta and surrounding areas.
