Responsibilities
- Managing and expanding the distribution of Garudafood products within the assigned territory in Magelang.
- Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with existing and potential retail clients.
- Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Conducting regular market visits to ensure product availability and optimal shelf placement.
- Monitoring competitor activities and market trends to provide actionable feedback to the management team.
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting of sales activities, visit logs, and stock replenishment needs.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving service issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a Sales role, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
- Possess a valid SIM C driver's license and own a reliable personal motorcycle.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others.
- Resilient personality with a high drive to work based on performance targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the local Magelang market and distribution channels.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
