Specializing in the manufacturing and distribution of premium NIRO ceramic products, we seek a motivated Sales Representative to drive revenue growth and strengthen our retail network. You'll be instrumental in showcasing our high-quality tiles and ceramic solutions to homeowners, contractors, and architects across Kalimantan Selatan. Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and market analysis in Banjarmasin and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients including retailers, contractors, and interior designers
- Present and demonstrate NIRO ceramic products to drive sales conversions
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
- Monitor competitor activities and provide regular sales performance reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely product delivery to clients
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Diploma holders with experience considered)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in building materials, ceramics, or retail sector
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to close deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with own transportation (preferred)
- Target-driven mindset with ability to work independently
- Familiarity with Banjarmasin market and regional construction industry
