Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of field sales representatives to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market penetration and customer retention.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor team performance, provide on-the-job coaching, and ensure high standards of service.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for operational improvement.
- Manage team schedules, performance evaluations, and incentive programs to maintain high morale and productivity.
- Collaborate with the management team to align field activities with overall company sales objectives.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues escalated by team members in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or team-leading role within the retail or consumer goods industry.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on coaching and developing team talent.
- Proficiency in sales reporting, data analysis, and basic computer skills (MS Office/Google Workspace).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity, discipline, and target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel and operate in the Driyorejo area.
