Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor daily sales activities, performance metrics, and provide timely feedback and coaching.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and promotional effectiveness.
- Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports, forecast future sales, and present insights to senior management.
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within sales, preferably in retail or consumer goods.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to travel within the region as required for field visits.
- Customer-focused attitude with problemāsolving aptitude.
