Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed branch revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to optimize individual and team performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage relationships with key General Trade (GT) distributors and retail accounts within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor retail store execution, stock availability, and display standards.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports, forecasting, and analysis for senior management.
- Ensure all sales operations comply with company policies and ethical business standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in FMCG sales, specifically within the General Trade (GT) channel.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing sales teams of at least 5-10 people.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation capabilities.
- Deep knowledge of the local market landscape in Semarang or surrounding regions.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and data reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
