Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Process sales orders, manage documentation, and update customer databases with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, and warehouse) to facilitate order fulfillment.
  • Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring professional and timely communication.
  • Prepare sales reports, presentations, and quotations as requested by the management team.

Qualifications
