Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and guide a small sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Communicate effectively in English with potential clients and team members to convey brand value.
- Drive new membership sales through direct outreach, walk-ins, and community engagement.
- Train and develop sales staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and report performance to management.
- Manage daily sales floor operations and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors.

Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales leadership or team management within the retail or fitness industry.
