Your responsibilities will extend beyond simple data entry; you will be expected to analyze transaction trends, update master data, and generate reports that support our operational decision-making. Responsibilities
- Encode and verify all transaction data within the SAP system with a focus on high accuracy and speed.
- Analyze incoming financial and operational data to ensure proper categorization and compliance.
- Maintain and update master data records in the SAP database to reflect current information.
- Perform regular audits of encoded data to identify discrepancies and resolve errors immediately.
- Assist in generating and formatting standard reports for management review and strategic planning.
- Communicate any data inconsistencies or technical issues to the relevant supervisors or IT support teams.
- Ensure strict adherence to data privacy policies and company confidentiality protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in data encoding, preferably with exposure to SAP or ERP systems.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 words per minute).
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
