Responsibilities

  • Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist in the preparation of meeting minutes and follow-up action items.
  • Support office administration tasks such as ordering supplies, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including data confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
