We are looking for a dedicated and professional Secretary cum Personal Assistant (PA) to join our team based in Kuala Lumpur. This is a pivotal role that requires a person who can demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, a high level of discretion, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. As the Secretary cum PA, you will provide comprehensive support to our senior management, helping them to maximize their productivity by managing their schedules, handling correspondence, and coordinating travel arrangements.
Your responsibilities will include a broad range of administrative and clerical tasks, such as preparing reports, filing documents, managing office supplies, and acting as a point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. You will also be responsible for coordinating meetings, taking minutes, and ensuring that all administrative processes run smoothly. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of the executives. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as is proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Personal Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work efficiently.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field is an advantage.
