We are currently seeking a highly disciplined, observant, and professional Security Officer (Satpam) to join our core operations team. This role is critical to maintaining the safety, security, and smooth operation of our premium sports facilities. You will be responsible for implementing comprehensive security measures, including access control, CCTV surveillance, regular patrols, and emergency response. Your presence will ensure a secure environment where athletes can train and staff can excel without compromise.
The ideal candidate is someone with a strong sense of duty, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in security, hospitality, or sports management is highly desirable. You must hold a valid Gada Pratama certificate and be physically fit to handle the demands of the job. Fluency in English is a significant plus, given our international clientele.

Responsibilities
- Securing premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points.
- Controlling access to the facility, ensuring all visitors and staff are properly identified and logged.
- Preventing losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, and restraining trespassers.
- Responding to alarms and investigating disturbances, contacting the appropriate authorities when necessary.
- Completing detailed reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment for athletes, guests, and employees at all times.
- Collaborating with the operations team to enforce safety and security protocols relevant to sports events and daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in a relevant field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Security Officer or in a similar role. Experience in sports/hospitality venues preferred.
- Possession of a valid security guard license (Sertifikat Gada Pratama / Satpam) is mandatory.
- Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
- Familiarity with report writing and incident documentation.
- Excellent surveillance and observation skills.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
