Responsibilities
- Coordinate and participate in company-level committees to drive operational improvement initiatives.
- Manage the end-to-end implementation of new administrative policies and business workflows.
- Oversee daily marine operations support, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with internal departments and stakeholders to streamline cross-functional business processes.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose innovative solutions to increase productivity.
- Prepare high-level management reports, performance metrics, and project status updates.
- Handle complex ad-hoc projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder alignment.
- Provide training and guidance to junior administrative staff to maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative, operations, or project management roles.
- Prior experience in the insurance or maritime industry is highly advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Superior communication skills in English, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently under tight deadlines.
