Responsibilities

  • Participate in company-level committees for ad-hoc projects aimed at improving and expanding the Company's operations and business.
  • Manage and implement proper administrative procedures for Marine operations, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., underwriting, claims, finance) to streamline operational workflows and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Prepare and maintain operational reports, dashboards, and documentation for management review.
  • Support the planning and execution of operational initiatives, including process improvements, system upgrades, and workflow automation.
  • Liaise with external partners, vendors, and marine industry stakeholders to facilitate business transactions and service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marine Studies, or a related field.
