Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic procurement frameworks for Facilities & Engineering (F&E) and other operational needs, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and compliance.
  • Lead and manage key operational and digital transformation projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and successful stakeholder adoption.
  • Drive initiatives for operational excellence and continuous process improvement across various hospital departments, enhancing efficiency, productivity, and service delivery standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with clinical, administrative, and external stakeholders to identify operational gaps, gather requirements, and propose innovative and sustainable solutions.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and oversee the integration of new technologies and digital solutions to enhance hospital operations, patient experience, and staff workflow.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare insightful reports for senior management, and recommend strategic adjustments based on data analysis.
  • Ensure stringent compliance with all relevant regulatory standards, internal policies, and best practices in all operational and project activities.
  • Actively contribute to the annual strategic planning cycle and manage budget allocations for specific initiatives within the COO's office portfolio.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related relevant field. A Master's degree is highly advantageous.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive experience in strategic operations, project management, procurement, or business transformation, preferably within the healthcare or public sector.
  • Proven track record in successfully leading and implementing complex projects, including significant digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of facilities management, engineering services, and best practices in strategic procurement and supply chain optimization.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical decision-making skills with an ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
