Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to drive market growth and consumer engagement
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify consumer insights and market trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and digital marketing to ensure cohesive brand positioning
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, preparing regular reports for stakeholders
- Manage marketing budgets effectively while maximizing ROI on campaigns and initiatives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors
- Support new product launches and regional marketing initiatives as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in brand management or marketing within the FMCG, consumer health, or personal care industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing B2C marketing campaigns and brand initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with experience in market research and data-driven decision making
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms is highly advantageous
- Experience working in a multinational or matrix organization environment is a plus
