Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across SEM, SEO, social media, and email marketing channels.
- Manage end-to-end campaign lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery and optimization against KPIs.
- Analyze website and campaign performance metrics to provide actionable insights and reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality, engaging content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Oversee digital advertising budgets to maximize ROI and acquisition efficiency.
- Conduct regular A/B testing on landing pages and ad copies to improve conversion rates.
- Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends and platform updates to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
- Proven expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; strong copywriting skills are a significant advantage.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Experience in managing marketing budgets and reporting on key performance metrics.
