Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Manage end-to-end digital campaign lifecycles, from conceptualization to deployment and performance analysis.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide actionable insights for continuous campaign optimization.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad copy and visual assets.
- Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and ad creative to improve conversion rates and audience engagement.
- Maintain budget oversight for digital advertising spend, ensuring cost-effective acquisition and growth.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging digital marketing technologies to keep the company at the forefront of the market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a senior or executive capacity.
- Proven expertise in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar data visualization tools.
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization strategies.
- Excellent communication and project management skills with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
