Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive performance marketing strategies across key digital channels including Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other programmatic platforms.
- Conduct in-depth market research, keyword analysis, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation to identify growth opportunities and inform campaign development.
- Optimize campaigns rigorously for maximum ROI, focusing on key metrics such as CPC, CPA, CTR, LTV, and conversion rates, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Manage substantial digital advertising budgets effectively, providing accurate forecasting, tracking expenditures, and generating detailed performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with content, design, and product teams to develop compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign messages that resonate with target audiences.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Amplitude) to monitor campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and present data-driven recommendations.
- Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure Pixlr maintains a competitive edge.
- Initiate and execute A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation methods to drive continuous optimization and enhance campaign effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in digital performance marketing, with a strong preference for candidates from a SaaS, tech, or e-commerce background.
- Demonstrable track record of successfully managing and optimizing significant PPC (Paid Per Click), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and social media advertising campaigns that delivered measurable ROI.
- Advanced proficiency in managing and operating major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, and familiarity with other programmatic buying platforms.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets, identify key trends, generate actionable insights, and make strategic, data-driven decisions.
- Expertise in utilizing web analytics tools, specifically Google Analytics 4 (GA4), for reporting, dashboard creation, and performance monitoring.
- Proven experience with A/B testing methodologies and a solid understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong presentation abilities, and adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
