Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive student recruitment strategies targeting the postgraduate market segment
- Manage and support the planning of student recruitment activities to meet enrolment targets
- Promote the SIM brand effectively through various marketing channels and engagement initiatives
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students, educational partners, and industry stakeholders
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify recruitment opportunities
- Coordinate recruitment events, workshops, and information sessions both on-campus and off-campus
- Collaborate with academic teams to ensure accurate program information is communicated to prospective students
- Track and report on recruitment performance metrics and continuously optimize strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in student recruitment, marketing, or educational sales
- Strong understanding of the Singapore education landscape and postgraduate market trends
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Proven track record in developing successful marketing or recruitment campaigns
- Strategic thinking with the ability to plan and execute initiatives independently
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM systems
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
