We specialize in delivering extraordinary interior projects, and we need an expert to translate architectural visions into accurate, competitive, and profitable project estimates.
As our Senior Estimator, you will be the backbone of our bidding process. You will play a critical role in analyzing project requirements, calculating material and labor costs, and ensuring that every interior project we undertake is set up for financial and operational success. Responsibilities
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and project requirements to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for interior construction and renovation projects.
- Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing and build strong supply chain relationships.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and tender documentation for prospective clients.
- Evaluate project risks and provide contingencies within the cost structure to ensure project feasibility.
- Monitor and update cost databases to reflect current market rates for materials and labor.
- Coordinate with project managers to refine estimates based on site-specific conditions and design modifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cost estimation within the interior or construction industry.
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Excel, or industry-specific cost estimating tools).
- In-depth knowledge of interior construction materials, methods, and building regulations in Indonesia.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex technical blueprints.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and suppliers effectively.
- High level of integrity, accuracy, and commitment to project timelines.
