Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of direct and Japanese corporate clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and proactively pursue new business opportunities within the assigned segments to expand market share.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at client organizations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, account management, or business development within the general insurance or financial services industry.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and successfully managing a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of various general insurance products (e.g., property, casualty, marine, motor, liability).
