Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of Direct and Japanese Corporate accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, providing expert advice on insurance coverage and risk solutions.
  • Prepare comprehensive quotations, renewals, and policy documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal departments including Underwriting, Claims, and Finance to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize the value of existing client relationships.
  • Prepare regular reports on production, market trends, and feedback to support management decision-making.
  • Ensure all administrative processes are performed accurately and within stipulated turnaround times.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the general insurance industry, preferably in a corporate sales or service role.
  • Proficiency in both English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher) is highly preferred to support our Japanese Corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of general insurance products (Commercial lines, Property, Liability, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders of all levels.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
