Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive 360-degree marketing strategies for residential and commercial projects.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), and email marketing to generate qualified leads.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute sales events, exhibitions, and property launches.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales collaterals, brochures, and presentation decks.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
  • Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring ROI objectives are met.
  • Liaise with external vendors, creative agencies, and media partners to ensure brand consistency.
  • Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
