The Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive / Executive (Programme Management and Student Support) to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our academic programmes. You will be a vital resource for students and faculty, managing the critical administrative touchpoints of the student journey.

Your primary mission is to deliver an exceptional student experience. This involves overseeing orientation, enrollment, attendance tracking, assessment administration, and providing proactive support to resolve student queries and challenges. You will work closely with academic managers and faculty to uphold high standards of academic quality and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full student lifecycle from pre-enrollment orientation through to graduation, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all students.
  • Manage the end-to-end administration of academic programmes, including course scheduling, timetabling, and the coordination of assessments and examinations.
  • Monitor and manage student attendance records, academic progress, and compliance with institutional policies, reporting regularly to academic management.
  • Act as the primary liaison and key contact for students, providing timely and empathetic support on academic and administrative matters via multiple channels.
  • Coordinate and support key academic events such as orientation sessions, graduation ceremonies, and student engagement activities.
  • Collaborate closely with faculty members and academic managers to ensure smooth delivery of curriculum and address any operational issues that arise.
  • Maintain accurate student records and academic data within the Student Information System (SIS), ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Prepare and generate reports on programme performance, student feedback, and operational metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any discipline. A degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant working experience in programme administration, student services, or academic operations within an educational environment.
  • Strong understanding of the private education landscape and regulatory requirements in Singapore (e.g., CPE / EduTrust framework) is an added advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus given our diverse student population.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience with Student Information Systems (e.g., PowerCampus, Salesforce) is advantageous.
  • A strong student-centric mindset with a proactive and empathetic approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
