Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive supply chain strategies tailored to the unique requirements of key customer accounts.
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of supply chain solutions, ensuring milestones are met on time and within scope.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive support and expert guidance on inventory management solutions.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Manage program documentation, including reporting on KPIs, supply chain risk assessments, and executive summaries.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement through regular performance reviews and strategic planning sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain operations, logistics, or program management within the electronics or distribution industry.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong understanding of demand planning, inventory control, and supply chain best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to complex challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
