Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive HubSpot audits to identify technical gaps and optimization opportunities
- Design, build, and maintain advanced marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing sequences
- Integrate HubSpot with third-party platforms (CRM, analytics, e-commerce) via APIs and middleware
- Transform HubSpot data into actionable revenue intelligence through custom reporting and dashboards
- Implement and enforce HubSpot governance policies for data hygiene and system integrity
- Train marketing teams on HubSpot best practices and advanced feature utilization
- Develop performance metrics to track campaign ROI and revenue attribution
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on HubSpot implementation and optimization experience
- Expert-level certification in HubSpot Marketing/Sales/Service Hubs
- Proven track record of integrating HubSpot with enterprise systems (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.)
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation, lead scoring, and revenue attribution models
- Strong analytical skills with experience in SQL and data visualization tools
- Experience developing technical documentation and SOPs for marketing systems
