Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the overall KOL marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate branding and sales objectives.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-performing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and content creators, negotiating contracts and managing budgets.
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end execution of KOL campaigns, from creative briefings and content approvals to scheduling and performance tracking.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse pool of influencers, talent agencies, and media partners.
- Analyze campaign data and generate comprehensive reports on KPIs, ROI, audience insights, and actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Act as the internal expert on influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activities within the Malaysian digital ecosystem.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in influencer marketing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or digital campaign management.
- Deep understanding of the Malaysian KOL and influencer landscape, with strong existing relationships across various tiers and verticals.
- Proven track record of executing successful, data-driven KOL campaigns with a focus on ROI and measurable business impact.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and experience with influencer marketing platforms (e.g., HypeAuditor, Upfluence, Aspire).
- Independent, organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English and Malay is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.
