Responsibilities

  • Lead and conduct in-depth macroeconomic and financial research to support policy formulation and decision-making.

  • Prepare and present policy briefs, research papers, and presentations for senior management and international meetings.

Qualifications

  • Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a closely related field.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in macroeconomic or financial research, policy analysis, or a similar role in a central bank, international financial institution, or top-tier research organization.
  • Strong expertise in macroeconomics, monetary economics, financial stability, or international finance.
  • Advanced proficiency in econometric software and programming languages such as Python, R, Stata, or MATLAB.
  • Proven experience applying machine learning and artificial intelligence to economic data and research questions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to produce high-quality research outputs and present to diverse audiences.
