Responsibilities
- Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies across channels including digital, social, content, and partnerships.
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive customer acquisition, activation, and retention, with clear KPIs and ROIs.
- Manage the annual marketing budget, monitor performance metrics, and optimize spend to maximize impact.
- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure campaigns align with business goals.
- Drive brand storytelling and product messaging, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Oversee content strategy, social media, email marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Conduct market and competitive research to identify trends and opportunities and report actionable insights.
- Mentor and coach junior marketers, fostering a high-performance marketing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience in consumer brands or F&B, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content strategy.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Excel/Sheets).
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to develop and translate broad business development strategies into actionable plans.
- Budget management experience and ability to optimize ROIs across channels.
