Bali Management Villas is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Pool & Garden Technician to join our team in beautiful Badung, Bali. As a Senior Pool & Garden Technician, you will be responsible for the comprehensive maintenance and upkeep of swimming pools and landscaped gardens across our villa portfolio. Your expertise will directly contribute to maintaining the hotel-standard quality that our guests expect, ensuring all outdoor areas are clean, safe, and visually stunning throughout the year.
This role requires a self-motivated individual who can work independently while coordinating effectively with our property management team. You will be working in one of the world's most desirable destinations, contributing to memorable guest experiences in stunning tropical surroundings.

Responsibilities
- Perform daily pool maintenance including water chemistry testing, filtration system checks, and thorough cleaning to maintain crystal-clear water quality
- Conduct regular garden maintenance including lawn mowing, plant trimming, weeding, and seasonal planting to ensure immaculate landscaped areas
- Inspect and maintain pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, and automated systems; arrange repairs as needed
- Monitor and maintain water safety standards, ensuring all pool areas comply with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with villa management staff to coordinate maintenance schedules that minimize guest disruption
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, chemical usage, and equipment performance
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests and handle emergency pool or garden situations professionally
- Propose and implement improvements to maintenance procedures and garden aesthetics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pool maintenance and garden care, preferably in hospitality or villa settings
- Valid pool maintenance certification and knowledge of water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity)
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining pool filtration and pumping systems
- Strong knowledge of tropical plant species and garden maintenance techniques suitable for Bali's climate
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor in outdoor tropical conditions
- Basic English communication skills for coordinating with international team members
- Valid Indonesian work permit and availability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Demonstrated commitment to safety standards and attention to detail
