Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to increase market share in the plastic raw material sector.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Identify and penetrate new international markets, establishing a strong presence for our products overseas.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key industrial clients, manufacturers, and distributors.
- Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of competitor pricing, product developments, and industry shifts.
- Oversee the end-to-end sales process, from initial lead generation to contract negotiation and post-sales support.
- Collaborate with the logistics and supply chain departments to ensure timely delivery of raw materials to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Chemistry, Polymer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–8 years of proven sales experience specifically within the plastic resin or chemical raw materials industry.
- Demonstrated track record of success in international sales and export business development.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or local dialects is a significant advantage.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience managing a high-performing sales team.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced industrial environment.
