Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Implement effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to drive revenue growth
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained across all store operations
- Train and coach team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company procedures
- Manage inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand
- Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to develop effective promotional activities
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, team productivity, and market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and performance management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office applications
