Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop 8-12 retail sales team members to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

  • Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated customer concerns
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to execute promotional campaigns

Qualifications
