You will collaborate closely with sales, brand marketing, and supply chain teams to develop and execute impactful in-store campaigns, manage trade budgets, and build strong relationships with major retailers. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive trade marketing plans aligned with brand objectives and retailer strategies to drive volume, share, and profitability.
  • Manage trade promotion budgets, forecast ROI, and track performance against KPIs across all retail channels.
  • Build and nurture strategic partnerships with key retail buyers and category managers to secure optimal shelf placement, display space, and promotional support.
  • Design and execute in-store merchandising programs, point-of-sale materials, and experiential activations that enhance brand visibility and consumer engagement.
  • Analyze sales data, shopper insights, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and recommend actionable trade initiatives.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with brand marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of trade programs.
  • Monitor competitor activity and retail landscape to proactively adjust strategies and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and presentations for senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in trade marketing, channel marketing, or category management within an FMCG, CPG, or food & beverage environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful trade marketing programs that delivered measurable sales growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI) and experience interpreting syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI).
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills, with experience working with major retailers in Metro Manila.
  • Creative problem-solver with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal in English.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
