Responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end user journeys that balance business goals with user needs.
- Design high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes that inspire and inform.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative user research to validate design hypotheses.
- Lead the maintenance and expansion of our comprehensive design system.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect deployment.
- Present design rationale to executive stakeholders using data and storytelling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.
- A stunning portfolio showcasing clean aesthetics, typography, and sophisticated interaction design.
- Proven experience in building and scaling design systems from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and limitations.
- Degree in Graphic Design, HCI, or a related creative field.
