We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinator (Medical Device) who is fluent in Mandarin to join our dynamic team in Kota Damansara. As a key member of our service operations, you will be responsible for coordinating technical service activities, managing customer inquiries, handling contracts, and overseeing inventory management. Your role will ensure seamless communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams, contributing to the highest standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule technical service operations for medical devices, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing professional and timely responses while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Manage service contracts, including renewals, amendments, and compliance with contractual terms.
- Oversee inventory management of spare parts and equipment, ensuring optimal stock levels and accurate records.
- Collaborate with field technicians and internal teams to dispatch resources and monitor service progress.
- Prepare and maintain service reports, documentation, and administrative records for management review.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to the enhancement of service operations.
Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience in service coordination, customer support, or administration, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with inventory management software.
- Knowledge of medical device terminology and regulatory requirements is an added advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
