Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, and ductwork
- Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues using diagnostic tools and schematics
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules to optimize system efficiency and longevity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on large-scale retrofit and installation projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Document service reports and maintain client equipment histories
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and support staff
Qualifications
- Technical certification in HVAC/refrigeration (SMK Teknik Mesin or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience in commercial HVAC service and repair
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration cycles, and control systems
- Refrigerant handling certification (Type 1, 2, 3 preferred)
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and building automation systems
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency call-outs
