Embun Natural is currently seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team in Pecatu, Bali. As the face of our brand, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment, assisting customers with product inquiries, and ensuring our store maintains its high standards.
We are looking for someone who loves interacting with people and has a genuine interest in natural beauty or wellness products. Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers by providing in-depth product knowledge and professional advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system.
- Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and inventory stock levels.
- Actively promote new products and seasonal offers to increase store sales.
- Prepare products for display and ensure labeling is correct and presentable.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Monitor stock inventory and report restocking needs to the store manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, beauty, or wellness industries is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- Proficiency in basic English is a plus for serving international customers in Bali.
- Strong integrity, honesty, and a professional appearance.
- Must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays as per the store schedule.
