As a Quality Inspector, you will partner with warehouse staff, inventory control, and carriers to ensure that goods meet customer specifications, packaging requirements, and regulatory standards. You will document inspection results, identify nonconformities, and support corrective actions. The environment emphasizes safety, accuracy, and continuous improvement, with exposure to QA methodologies, standard operating procedures, and quality management systems. You will have access to onboarding and ongoing training to enhance your skills in measurement tools, quality control documentation, and data entry in our QA platform.

Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy against order specifications.
- Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections using standard tools; document nonconformities clearly.
- Ensure packaging, labeling, and handling meet transport and safety requirements.
- Record inspection results in the QA system with traceability and timely reporting.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Assist in root-cause analysis and participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Support internal quality audits and maintain a clean, organized workspace following safety guidelines.
- Adhere to a rotating night-shift schedule; maintain punctuality and reliability.
Qualifications
- Singaporean only as required by the role.
- Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Some experience in QA/QC or quality inspection within warehousing or logistics is advantageous.
- Familiarity with measurement tools (calipers, gauges) and quality control documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office; ability to read basic specifications and drawings.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork; able to work independently when needed.
- Physically capable of handling routine warehouse tasks and night-shift work.
