In this role, you will be the driving force behind our physical footprint, identifying high-potential locations that align with our brand vision and business objectives.
As a Site Acquisition Supervisor, you will lead the charge in site selection, market mapping, and high-stakes lease negotiations. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that every new store launch is backed by solid data and strategic planning. Responsibilities
- Identify, scout, and evaluate potential retail sites that align with Erajaya’s expansion strategy.
- Conduct detailed market mapping and demographic analysis to ensure high-traffic and high-conversion store locations.
- Lead and facilitate price negotiations for property leases or rentals with landlords and building owners.
- Prepare comprehensive feasibility reports and financial projections for management approval on new site acquisitions.
- Coordinate with internal departments including Legal, Construction, and Operations to ensure site readiness.
- Maintain a robust database of potential sites and market trends to support long-term planning.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to adjust site acquisition strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in site acquisition, business development, or retail expansion.
- Strong background in property lease negotiation and contract management.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and demographic trends.
- Outstanding communication, networking, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in mapping tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Willingness to conduct regular field visits across the designated region.
